Fully automatic waterfall glazing machine with weight regulation, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, dedicated to the application of engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grit and glass frits, fed by an agitator bucket with dual motor pump and anti-bubble function.
Head mounted cantilevered on self-supporting stainless steel frame allowing easier management and quick integration into any type of production line, with tempered ground stainless steel closing blades; “control weight” control panel that controls flow rate and maintains constant set weight parameters via inverter regulator; material control filter at head inlet; head suction for dust and condensation.
Maximum fired format 600mm, maximum green format 660mm, blade length 850mm.
