Features
Fully automatic waterfall glazing machine for weight adjustment, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, dedicated to the application of engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grits, and vitreous crystalline. It is fed by an 800 mm diameter agitator tub with a dual-motor pump (included) that feeds the die and keeps the product in suspension via the anti-bubble function.
Head mounted on a self-supporting stainless steel gantry frame, with ground stainless steel closing blades; central feed with balanced internal distribution allowing for air elimination and internal chamber level control. Head adjustment function relative to the frame.
Flow rate control via inverter or the “control weight” panel, which monitors the flow rate and maintains the set weight parameters constant;
The machinery is completed by the management control panel, a head suction kit for dust and condensation, and a filter unit.
Maximum fired size 1800 mm, maximum green size 2200 mm, blade length 2450 mm.
