The Surface Easy 2150 F1600 glazing machine is fed by an agitator tub with dual motor pump and anti-bubble function.
Features
Fully automatic waterfall glazing machine with weight regulation, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, dedicated to the application of engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grit and glass crystals, fed by an agitator tub with dual motor pump diameter 800 (included with the system) that feeds the die and keeps the product in suspension through the anti-bubble function.
Head mounted on a self-supporting stainless steel gantry frame, with ground stainless steel closing blades; central feed with balanced internal distribution allowing for air elimination and internal chamber level control. Head adjustment function relative to the frame.
Flow control via inverter or through the “control weight” panel that controls the flow rate and keeps the set weight parameters constant;
The machine is completed by the management control panel and the head suction kit for dust and condensation and filter unit.
Maximum fired format 1600mm, maximum green format 1900mm, blade length 2150mm.
