The Surface Easy 1500 F1200 bell glazing machine is powered by a stirring tank with a dual-motor pump and anti-bubble function.
Features
Fully automatic waterfall glazing machine with weight adjustment, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. Designed for applying engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grits, and vitreous crystalline. Powered by an 800 mm diameter stirring tank with a dual-motor pump (included) that feeds the die and keeps the product in suspension via the anti-bubble function.
Head mounted on a self-supporting stainless steel gantry frame, featuring ground stainless steel closing blades. Central feed with balanced internal distribution to eliminate air and control the internal chamber level. Head-to-frame adjustment function.
Flow rate control via inverter or the “control weight” panel, which monitors the flow and maintains set weight parameters constant;
The machinery is completed by the management control panel, a head suction kit for dust and condensation, and a filter unit.
Maximum fired size 1200 mm, maximum raw size 1340 mm, blade length 1524 mm.
