The Surface Easy 1200 F900 glazing machine is fed by a stirring tub with dual motor pump and anti-bubble function.
Features
Fully automatic waterfall glazing machine with weight regulation, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, dedicated to the application of engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grit and glass crystallines, fed by a stirring tub with dual motor pump diameter 800 (included with the system) that feeds the die and keeps the product in suspension through the anti-bubble function.
Head mounted on self-supporting gantry frame in stainless steel, with closing blades in ground stainless steel; Central feed with balanced internal distribution that allows air elimination and control of the internal chamber level. Head adjustment function relative to the frame.
Flow control via inverter or through the “control weight” panel that controls the flow rate and keeps the set weight parameters constant;
The machine is completed by the management control panel and the head suction kit for dust and condensation and filtering unit.
Maximum fired format 900mm, maximum green format 1050mm, blade length 1250mm.
