Fully automatic waterfall coater for weight adjustment, built entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, dedicated to the application of engobes, glazes, glazes with micro-grits, and glass crystalline, fed by a stirring tank with a dual-motor pump and anti-bubble function.
Cantilevered head mounted on a self-supporting stainless steel frame for easier management and rapid integration into any production line, with hardened ground stainless steel closing blades; “control weight” control panel that monitors flow rate and maintains set weight parameters via inverter regulator; material inlet control filter; head suction for dust and condensation.
Maximum fired size 800 mm, maximum raw size 870 mm, blade length 1050 mm.
