Features
Built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel. Single-vault booth inspectable via side openings, bottom with two central drains, anti-overspray mesh, and belt protection.
All our SLIM COVER machines are designed and manufactured for the application of small, medium, and large quantities of engobes and glazes or glazes + microgranules, primarily for large-format tiles.
4 or 6 airless guns are installed on an upper translating axis which, through the movement of a mechanical arm, move back and forth as tiles and slabs pass through the booth. Guns and nozzles work parallel to each other to maintain the same distance between the 4 nozzles and ensure excellent, homogeneous application on the tile. Application occurs perpendicularly to the tile.
The Slim Cover machine can be supplied with an upper translating axis bracket in stainless steel or with carbon fiber components.
Remote control: Air Power 4.0 assistance team allowing immediate and total supervision of the machine and remote assistance, as well as the possibility of remote machine startup. Minimizes restart times following sudden failures.
OPTIONAL RAPID WASH SYSTEM: automated internal booth washing system via a hydraulic unit that activates high-pressure rotating heads and low-pressure nozzles. Advantages: water, glaze, and time savings, increased productivity.
OPTIONAL CONTROL FLUX SYSTEM: automatic flow control on the airless nozzle, integrated on Slim Cover: eliminates flow instability for each individual nozzle, eliminates weight error, monitors wear, and signals partial or total clogging on every single nozzle. Through predictive maintenance—the analysis of raw material consumption—it proactively alerts the operator to replace nozzles.
