Rapid Wash

Features

The wash cycle can be set automatically during digital cleaning cycle or during line stops, or activated manually from the control panel.

You can choose to set a wash frequency within the work shift. Wash cycle time can be set.

During washing, the following actions are completed:

➡ washing of pump, pipes and nozzles

➡ booth washing via fixed and mobile rotating heads, at high pressure

➡ washing of suction boxes via low-pressure nozzles

➡ washing of drip trays and belts/belt scrapers

➡ pressurized air injection to expel excess water from the pipes

At the end of the wash cycle, the line resumes normal production.

System compatible with Slim Cover, Slim Cover Fast and ceramic glaze airless booths.
