Powder Grits is an innovative machine designed for the full-field application of grits on ceramic tiles and slabs, perfect for achieving high-quality decorative effects and enhancing the technical performance of the surface, including anti-slip properties. The device can be installed on a ceramic production plant’s glazing line in order to allow for dry glaze to be properly applied on the tiles surface.

The system consists of a stainless steel tank, bucket elevator for grit feeding, distribution head with calibrated doser on rubber belt or antistatic roller, belt for the recovery of excess product.

Through a control panel it is possible to choose between different types of work and memorize the different recipes created.

Available for different formats and large slabs.
