Control Flux – flow control
Automatic flow control on each individual airless nozzle.
Features
Through continuous analysis of the engobe/glaze flow through the nozzle, the machine can detect if the nozzle is partially or totally blocked.
Two notification thresholds can be set: warning and alarm.
The first threshold, warning, signals the operator to get a new set of nozzles; the second, alarm, indicates that production quality is declining due to nozzle wear.
Available as a stand-alone accessory for Airless Booths and single-axis Slim Cover, or integrated into Slim Cover Fast
