Compenser

The Compensator is a machine which has the function of regulating the flow of tiles by storing tiles on flaps or slats. Avoid production stops.

Wing compensator
Device used to optimize the flow of tiles and avoid production stoppages, by picking them up if necessary and subsequently placing them in empty spaces. Lifting of the pieces with lateral flaps. The machine is made up of two adjustable sides on which fins are fixed to receive the material and when these go up they collect it, when they choose they deposit it back on the conveyor line.

Slatted compensator

Electrical panel for managing the lifting chain with dedicated microprocessor board and positioning sensors.
