Since 2024, Air Power Group has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, which, together with the Ethical Code, constitutes the set of rules and procedures to be followed in the context of business activities, both in internal relations and in dealings with external stakeholders.

The adoption of the Organizational and Management Model reaffirms the commitment to the ethical principles that have always characterized the corporate life of Air Power Group.

ETHICAL CODE

The Ethical Code outlines the commitments that all employees must adhere to in conducting business and corporate activities.

The recipients of the Ethical Code are:

a) corporate bodies and their members;
b) managers, employees, workers, including temporary workers, without any exception;
c) suppliers, consultants, partners, collaborators in any capacity, attorneys, and any other entity, including external ones, who may act in the name and on behalf of the company.

The principles and provisions of this Ethical Code are illustrative specifications of the general obligations of diligence, fairness, and loyalty that qualify the fulfillment of work performance and the behavior that the employee or collaborator is required to observe.

To protect our People and our corporate culture, which respects the principles and rules set forth by the Codes, Policies, and the law, we have implemented a Whistleblowing System through which it is possible to report inappropriate conduct, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and protection from any form of retaliation.
